Zensoul is designed to keep personal reflection records device-first and to use only necessary information for AI features.
Information you provide
You may enter a nickname, birth details, gender, city, account email, questions for AI features, and support messages. Personal records are stored on your device by default.
When you sign in, Zensoul may use your account identifier to sync membership state, restore purchases, and protect paid features.
Optional relationship invitations
If someone uses a Zensoul invitation, the invited person may choose to submit a name or nickname, birth date, exact or unknown birth time, and a selected birth city. The city record includes catalog coordinates and a time zone needed for chart calculation; Zensoul does not read the device's live GPS location for this feature.
This information is stored temporarily with the inviter's account identifier. The invitation expires seven days after creation. It is deleted after the inviter successfully imports it; unreceived expired data is removed by scheduled cleanup. The invited person must confirm and consent before sending.
AI features
When AI features are used, Zensoul may use information from your current record and question to generate a response. We do not send your name, exact birth date and time, or birthplace as part of the AI request.
AI answers are for self-reflection and self-awareness. They are not medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other professional advice.
Purchases and membership
Zensoul uses Apple in-app purchase and RevenueCat to verify 365-day non-renewing membership access. Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, transaction status, product identifiers, and entitlement status.
Zensoul stores only the membership status needed to unlock features. We do not store full App Store receipts.
Account and device data
Local records, saved AI answers, export files, and device settings may be stored on your device. If you sign in, Zensoul may keep account identifiers, membership status, restore-purchase information, and records needed to provide support and app features.
You can clear device data inside the app. Account deletion removes the Zensoul account and server-side account data that Zensoul controls, while App Store purchase history remains managed by Apple.
Third-party services
Zensoul may use service providers for sign-in, purchase verification, secure data storage, and requested AI answers.
We do not sell personal data and do not use third-party advertising tracking.
Optional usage analytics
Only if you choose to allow it, Zensoul sends limited product-usage events: a fixed page or feature event, visible page duration, app version, platform, and interface language. These analytics events do not include your nickname, birth details, city, blueprint, questions, AI output, account ID, advertising ID, or persistent device identifier, and are not linked to your identity.
Raw events use a 30-day retention window, and non-identifying daily aggregates a 90-calendar-day window. Cleanup is scheduled daily to remove data outside these windows; if a run fails, removal occurs on the next successful run. You can decline or turn analytics off in the app at any time; no new usage events are sent after you turn it off.
For delivery, security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention, infrastructure providers may temporarily process network information such as IP address. Zensoul's analytics records do not store IP addresses. We do not use these analytics for advertising, selling personal data, or cross-app or cross-site tracking.

Zensoul 초대를 이용하는 경우, 초대받은 사람은 이름 또는 별명, 생년월일, 정확하거나 알 수 없는 출생 시간, 선택한 출생 도시를 직접 선택해 전송할 수 있습니다. 도시 기록에는 명반 계산에 필요한 도시 좌표와 시간대가 포함되며, 이 기능은 기기의 현재 GPS 위치를 읽지 않습니다.
이 정보는 초대한 사람의 계정 식별자와 함께 임시 저장됩니다. 초대는 생성 후 7일 동안 유효합니다. 초대한 사람이 정상적으로 가져오면 삭제되며, 수신되지 않은 만료 데이터는 예약된 정리 작업으로 삭제됩니다. 전송 전에 초대받은 사람이 직접 확인하고 동의해야 합니다.
AI 기능
AI 기능을 사용할 때 Zensoul은 현재 기록과 질문에 담긴 정보를 사용해 답변을 생성할 수 있습니다. AI 요청에는 이름, 정확한 출생 일시, 출생지가 포함되지 않습니다.
AI 답변은 자기 성찰과 자기이해를 위한 것입니다. 의료, 법률, 금융, 정신건강 또는 기타 전문 조언이 아닙니다.
구매와 멤버십
Zensoul은 Apple 앱 내 구입과 RevenueCat을 사용해 365일 비자동 갱신 멤버십 접근 권한을 확인합니다. Apple과 RevenueCat은 구매 식별자, 거래 상태, 상품 식별자, 권한 상태를 처리할 수 있습니다.
Zensoul은 기능 잠금 해제에 필요한 멤버십 상태만 저장합니다. 전체 App Store 영수증은 저장하지 않습니다.
계정 및 기기 데이터
기기 내 기록, 저장된 AI 답변, 내보낸 파일, 기기 설정은 사용자의 기기에 저장될 수 있습니다. 로그인하면 Zensoul은 계정 식별자, 멤버십 상태, 구매 복원 정보, 지원과 앱 기능 제공에 필요한 기록을 저장할 수 있습니다.
앱 안에서 기기 데이터를 지울 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제는 Zensoul 계정과 Zensoul이 관리하는 서버 측 계정 데이터를 삭제합니다. App Store 구매 내역은 Apple이 관리합니다.
제3자 서비스
Zensoul은 로그인, 구매 확인, 안전한 데이터 저장, 요청한 AI 답변을 위해 서비스 제공업체를 사용할 수 있습니다.
개인 데이터를 판매하지 않으며 제3자 광고 추적을 사용하지 않습니다.
선택적 사용 분석
명시적으로 허용한 경우에만 Zensoul은 제한된 제품 사용 이벤트를 전송합니다. 여기에는 고정된 페이지 또는 기능 이벤트, 화면 표시 시간, App 버전, 플랫폼 및 인터페이스 언어가 포함됩니다. 분석 이벤트에는 닉네임, 출생 정보, 도시, 청사진, 질문, AI 출력, 계정 ID, 광고 식별자 또는 지속적인 기기 식별자가 포함되지 않으며 사용자의 신원과 연결되지 않습니다.
원시 이벤트는 30일, 개인을 식별하지 않는 일별 집계는 달력 기준 90일의 보관 기간을 기준으로 관리합니다. 기간이 지난 데이터를 삭제하는 작업은 매일 실행되도록 예약되어 있으며, 실패한 경우 다음에 작업이 성공적으로 실행될 때 삭제됩니다. 분석을 거부하거나 App 안에서 언제든지 끌 수 있으며, 끈 뒤에는 새 사용 이벤트가 전송되지 않습니다.
전송, 보안, 속도 제한 및 악용 방지를 위해 인프라 제공업체가 IP 주소와 같은 네트워크 정보를 일시적으로 처리할 수 있습니다. Zensoul의 분석 기록에는 IP 주소를 저장하지 않습니다. 이 분석은 광고, 개인 데이터 판매 또는 App 간·사이트 간 추적에 사용하지 않습니다.
