2. Quick Help (FAQ)
2.1 Restore purchases
Open the Member page and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same App Store or Google Play account as the original purchase.
2.2 Changed devices
Install Zensoul on the new device, sign in, then tap Restore Purchases.
2.3 Membership status mismatch
Refresh the Member page and run Restore Purchases. If still incorrect, email support with screenshots.
3. Billing and Membership Support
- Paid memberships are fixed-term access products.
- They do not auto-renew.
- Refund decisions follow Apple App Store / Google Play policies.
- We can help verify entitlement and restore steps, but cannot directly issue platform refunds.
4. Account and Data Requests
For account deletion, data access, or data deletion requests, email support@zensoul.app with subject Account and data request.
